Caliburn Medical Services is an Auckland-based team of mobile doctors and nurse practitioners who specialise in providing medical services to aged-care facilities. We have been operating since 2009, and currently contract with over a dozen facilities from Manukau to the North Shore.

If you are a medical practice wishing to transfer patient documents, please note that we are NOT a medical clinic. We do not maintain or transfer patient notes centrally (and GP2GP file transfer is unfortunately unavailable).
All clinical notes and correspondence - including hospital outpatient summaries - should be sent directly to the patient's current aged-care facility address (c/- the Clinical Manager), and not our PO Box address.
